Un desfachatado de alt\u00edsima gama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No puede ordenar nada quien viol\u00f3 el Art\u00edculo 95 de la Constituci\u00f3n de la Ciudad que se candidatea a gobernar. Nunca debi\u00f3 ser candidato si no es virtud de, como dice el Talmud: &#8220;Ay, de la generaci\u00f3n cuyos jueces merezcan ser juzgados&#8221;.
